Return Policy

We're hoping you love our products much as we do, but in the event that you don’t love your first order, we have a generous return policy. You can ship the products back to us within 30 days of the order date and we will give you a full refund of the product. (Applies only to non-bulk business customers). Just follow the following steps:

1. Be sure to contact our customer service team at hi@mydanoni.com detailing issues or feedbacks you have with our product. Although not required, we would appreciate it that you send over a photo of the issue so we can improve upon them.
2. We will email you back within 2 business days with next steps of where to ship your products.
3. Once we receive your product, we will issue you a full refund.
